Delivery
Depending on how much you want to get your hands on your new goodies and where you live, there are a few ways we can get your stuff to you;
- Standard Delivery: FREE / £3.99
We'll deliver for free if your order is over £40 (exclusions apply^) within 3 working days. We'll aim to deliver earlier if possible. If you're not spending £40 then delivery is £3.99. We deliver to all UK postcodes excluding Guernsey, Isle of Man, The Channel Islands, R.O.Ireland, Northern Ireland, and BFPO. Your order will be delivered using the Hermes postal service and you will be able to use your tracking number, given to you when you placed your order, to track your goodies using this link.
^ Free delivery applies within the UK for clothing and accessories from kiddibag.co.uk for orders over £40 online in a single order delivered to a single address. The bag value is calculated inclusive of any other promotions.
- Express Delivery: £5.99
Available for UK orders only excluding Guernsey, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, R.O.Ireland, N.Ireland & BFPO. Express Delivery costs £5.99 and items will be delivered within 1-2 working days. We'll aim to deliver earlier if possible. Your order will be delivered using the Hermes courier service and you will be able to use your tracking number, given to you when you placed your order, to track your goodies using this link.
- International Delivery
Available Please message us before you place your order at hello@kiddibag.co.uk to find out whether we are able to ship your items to your country. Prices vary depending on what country we are sending your goodies to.
Returns
Faulty or incorrect item or received the wrong item? Let us know first & we’ll be able to help you better.
If you've simply changed your mind, you can return orders to us within 30 days for a full refund. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@Kiddibag.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at Sales@Kiddibag.co.uk.
Please note;
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase to return your goods.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
